Construction Management, Inc. has been the industry leader in Design-Build project delivery since the early ’80s. Approximately half of our projects are constructed under the Design-Build process.
As your Design-Builder, we combine strong construction management abilities with experience to deliver good design with outstanding value. This single-source responsibility and finished-product accountability give our clients better budget control, highly managed quality control, and a shorter overall completion time.
